How VP Expert helps

VP Expert manages the agreed document work end to end in-house: we confirm the intended use, draft or review the legal document, map the required chain and coordinate the appropriate notarisation, attestation or legalisation route. These are different procedures: a notary authenticates the relevant act or signature, while attestation confirms official seals or signatures for cross-border use. VP Expert is a legal consultancy and does not itself perform the official notarial act or government attestation.

This is general information. Official decisions, timing and additional requirements are determined by the competent authority for the specific application.

Questions clients ask

What is the difference between notarisation and attestation?

Notarisation authenticates a legal act, signature or document through a competent notary. Attestation confirms the authenticity of official seals or signatures so a document can be accepted in another jurisdiction or by another authority.

Can a power of attorney be notarised remotely?

Some UAE channels support remote procedures, but availability depends on the document, signatory, identity method and competent notary. We check the current route before confirming the process.

Does VP Expert perform the notarial act?

No. VP Expert manages the agreed document work end to end in-house, including advice, drafting, preparation and procedural follow-up. The official notarial act or government attestation is completed by the competent notary, ministry, embassy, consulate or other authority.
