1. Who is responsible for the information

The controller is VP Expert, licensed for Legal Consultancy under licence 4418459.01, at Office 310, EIB01 Building, Dubai Internet City, Dubai. Privacy enquiries: info@vpexpert.ae.

2. Information we receive

We may receive your name, telephone number, email, preferred language, matter summary, information about parties and deadlines, and documents you choose to provide. The website and infrastructure providers may automatically record basic technical and security information such as IP address, device type, request time and error logs.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to an enquiry, conduct a conflict check, assess a possible scope of work, arrange a consultation, deliver an agreed engagement, maintain necessary business records, protect website and communication security, comply with applicable legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

4. Channels, providers and sharing

The website form prepares a message and opens WhatsApp; the information is sent after you take action in WhatsApp. Website hosting, email, telephone and WhatsApp/Meta providers may be used to operate the site and communications. Information may also be shared with professional advisers, translators, technical providers and competent authorities where necessary for the enquiry or engagement, or where required by law. VP Expert does not sell personal information.

5. International processing

Some communications and infrastructure providers may process information outside the UAE. Where this occurs, transfers are made only on a permitted basis and with safeguards appropriate to the applicable requirements.

6. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, conduct conflict checks, manage a possible or active engagement, meet recordkeeping and legal obligations, protect security, and establish or defend claims. Information is then deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is required.

7. Security and sensitive information

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures, but no internet channel is completely secure. Before a secure channel and conflict check are confirmed, do not send originals, passwords, banking credentials or sensitive information that is unnecessary for an initial assessment.

8. Cookies and analytics

With your voluntary consent, the production website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, navigation and fixed interaction categories and to improve website performance. Before consent, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics event or cookie is created. After consent, events may contain the page path without query parameters or fragments, page title, language and fixed identifiers for selected interactions; VP Expert does not add names, telephone numbers, email addresses, enquiry text, case details or precise location to analytics events. Google processes ordinary request metadata under its own terms. The first-party cookies created by this implementation are named _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalisation remain disabled. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawal stops new events and removes available _ga and _ga_* cookies from this domain.

9. Your rights
