3. Licensed scope and official acts

VP Expert is licensed for Legal Consultancy under licence 4418459.01 and manages the agreed scope end to end. Where a matter requires a right of audience before a particular court, an official notarial act, an authority decision or a separately authorised professional, the relevant role or official channel is confirmed and used as required by law. VP Expert does not guarantee a court or authority outcome, the issue of a licence or visa, or third-party timing.

4. Enquiries and confidentiality

An initial enquiry is handled discreetly, but before conflict clearance and written acceptance you should not treat a general communication channel as the secure channel of an active engagement. Do not send originals or unnecessary sensitive information. You must provide accurate information and must not use the website unlawfully.

5. External services and links

WhatsApp, maps, social networks and links to official or third-party resources operate under their own terms and privacy practices. VP Expert does not control their availability or content. Verify current requirements directly with the competent source.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website text, structure, graphics and brand elements belong to VP Expert or are used lawfully. You may retain a reasonable extract for personal reference; commercial copying, republication or creating a misleading impression of affiliation with VP Expert is prohibited without written permission.

7. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, VP Expert is not responsible for a decision made solely in reliance on general website information or for interruption of a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
