Viewing this website, calling or sending a message does not create a legal adviser–client relationship. We do not guarantee a court or authority outcome, a licence or visa, or third-party timing. If a matter requires a right of audience, an official notarial act or another separately licensed role, that requirement is explained before engagement.

Start with a short summary and the parties’ names. After the conflict check, we will identify the appropriate channel and the documents needed. Do not send originals, passwords, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through a general channel.
Only after conflict clearance, written confirmation by VP Expert that the matter is accepted, and agreement on the scope, fees and engagement terms.
A fixed fee may be possible for clearly defined work. Complex matters may require a preliminary review before scope and fees can be set accurately. Government and third-party costs are identified separately unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The responsible professional and communication route are stated in the written scope. If an advocate with a right of audience, notary or other separately authorised professional is needed, we explain that role before engagement.
No. We undertake to perform the agreed scope carefully and in an organised way, but official decisions, procedural calendars and third-party timing are outside any responsible adviser’s guarantee.
